• try to forcefully gain access to any tool or service which is not voluntarily made available for use.
• try to disrupt our services, including but not limited to bypassing our rate limits or protective measures.
• using our services or product as a tool for illegal activity.

We provide our services using reasonable care and skills, if we do not meet your requirements or quality level, you agree to inform us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Neither VB nor any of our partners or affiliates will be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use or data or other losses. VB is exempted from any possibility of liability.

As an organization, to the extent permitted by law, you indemnify and hold harmless us, our partners, and our personnel, from and against any costs, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) from third party claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Services and Content or any violation of these Terms.

You and VB agree to resolve any claims that may arise out or in relation to these terms, regardless of when or how such claim arose, amicably through final and binding arbitration - following a due process determined by VB (which would be in your best interest).
